Generation normally takes a few minutes but can be slower at busy times. You can close the page. If a photo fails, its credit is refunded automatically.

Some payment methods confirm with a delay. Credits appear once Stripe confirms the payment. If nothing appears within an hour, email us with the time of purchase.

We use an image-editing AI model that changes the lighting, background and clothing while being instructed to keep your face unchanged. Results depend heavily on the photos you upload, which is why you see previews before paying. Not every output will be perfect; that's why packages include many photos.
